Dear Cam - What most impresses me about this work - and it is of a piece with what you already impart to me and to others - is that it draws the connection between the Creator and the fearfully and wonderfully made totality of Spirit, Soul and Body. Then, in turn, you draw the connections that bind our various parts together in Him.

Working with Cam Cameron to correct and strengthen my posture has
been a life changing process. With his knowledge and support, I’ve
been able to move beyond the pain, that I've lived with for years, to

Hi Cam and Michele, I am practicing on the grass today with my cleats and new pedals. It is going to take awhile for me to be safe riding.  I will try another session tomorrow and maybe get to the road.  I will let you know when I am actually ready to ride. Even using my old system, I rode RT to my office on Holly st. yesterday, with the changed arm and back and glute positions and though it was tiring to my upper body,  I actually made better time and suffered considerably less pain in my hip and back afterwards, so that was cool.

Amazing stuff this morning. Thank you SO much for noticing/pointing out my posture problem and working with me towards correcting it. I am definitely excited about making improvements and look forward to working with you to put an exercise and strength training program together for me to ensure I’m maximizing my potential and using my workout times most effectively. I’ve already ordered the anatomy strength training for women manual that you suggested.
My left forearm already feels better than it has in three weeks. Ah, what a relief to start getting this under control. I am learning so much from you. Dialing in the most beneficial position on some of these exercises can be a bit of a challenge, so I REALLY appreciate your Goldilocks tips at the gym (they make all the difference) … and your patience helping me get there.

I don’t know how you came by your knowledge and expertise, but it is truly impressive. Looking forward to our session at the end of the week.

 When I first went to Cam, I was on heavy pain medication, using a cane, barely able to get out of my car. At home I was using a walker to get around the house.  I had been diagnosed with sciatic nerve problems after an MRI  scan and other tests. Chiropractors, Osteopath, Acupuncture and medications did not give me relief. The pain would move from my thighs to my low back, my knees from the right side to left!
I did the exercises program that Cam recommended & today I am out there doing my favorite things, dancing performing and teaching dance to children and adults.
If I ever get a twinge of pain, I do the appropriate exercises that Cam has taught me, and I quickly return to normal!

My daughter (49) and I  (77) are very happy with results of the program.  We were each given individual exercises that have helped us immensely.  We walk straighter and faster, my back pain has left!    Kelly has been able to walk much better after your suggestion that she use two canes instead of one.   She is fast and her body is straight.  A great improvement!!
